What it is
On Guard Touch is the On Guard blend of wild orange, clove, cinnamon, eucalyptus and rosemary, pre-diluted in fractionated coconut oil, in a 10 ml roller. You can use it straight on your skin.
My fixed moment is morning and evening: socks off, roller under my feet, socks on. Then you smell that warm, spicy orange-and-clove scent all evening.
The skin on the soles of your feet is thick and not very sensitive, so a spicy oil like On Guard sits well there. And you can smell it without it hanging right under your nose.
