What’s inside
On Guard+ Softgels contain essential oils of orange, clove and black pepper, among others, in a softgel you simply swallow. It’s the scent many people know from the On Guard oil, here as a food supplement.
In autumn I take one softgel with breakfast every morning. That way it’s part of my routine and I don’t have to think about it. On top of that I use the On Guard Touch under my feet and the hand mist when I’m out: together, those three are my autumn kit.
