A few years ago I was successful on paper and completely burned out in practice. My business was thriving, my clients were happy. And me? I was tired, slept badly, and had given myself away entirely. Giving everything, setting no boundaries, running until your body gives out.

As a holistic health expert with 25 years of experience, I knew all the science. But between theory and your daily life sits your own behaviour. And mine was simply unhealthy.

Then came menopause. That hormonal shift that forces you to look honestly at how you handle your energy. Suddenly my body couldn't keep up the pace anymore. I looked at my calendar: everyone had a spot. Clients, kids, family, friends. And me? Nowhere to be found.

When I divorced and bought our family home, the house where I now live with my two neurospicy teenagers, I knew: things have to change now. Not tomorrow, not next year. Now.

Where I am now

Slim and energetic, with a sleep score consistently above 90%. A healthy relationship where I don't put myself last. A business that runs without draining me. And every Thursday, right in the middle of the week, I consciously take time for myself. My burnout prevention day.

And the best part: I dare to do what I used to only dream about. Learning to dance. Skiing. Strength training. Discovering new things. Living the life I always wanted, with German directness and Dutch good cheer.

What I do

I'm a Health Strategist. Not a wellness coach with vague promises, but someone who helps you build lasting energy from your whole system rather than a handful of tricks. Glucose, movement, recovery, emotional balance and meaning work together, or they don't work at all.

That's why I developed GOOD., with five pillars that bring exactly that together. And here's the clincher: I build it into what you already do. No extra hour at the gym, no complicated meal prep. Because seriously, ain't nobody got time for that. It fits into your daily life, while you cook, in the car, between meetings.
