What it does

Omega-3 fatty acids sit in the wall of every cell, and your brain especially loves them; it's largely made of fat. Oily fish has traditionally been the source, but not everyone eats fish, whether by choice, allergy, or just taste. That doesn't have to be a problem.

vEO Mega gets the same omega-3 building blocks from plants and algae: flaxseed oil and chia oil for ALA, borage oil for GLA, and algae oil for DHA, the very fatty acid oily fish gets from algae in the first place. Topped up with vitamin D3, vitamin E and astaxanthin, plus the essential oils from doTERRA's signature blend. Four plant-based capsules a day, with food.
