What it does
doTERRA calls Air a Clear Blend, with laurel, eucalyptus, peppermint, tea tree, lemon, cardamom, ravintsara and ravensara. Ravintsara and ravensara both belong to the same plant family as laurel, and you can smell it in that green, spicy freshness that runs through the whole blend.
Worth clearing up, since the name sometimes causes confusion: this isn't the same product as Air-X. Air and Air-X are two separate blends, each with its own composition and its own scent. In the United States, doTERRA sells this formula under the name Breathe; in Europe the same bottle is called Air.
In the bedroom, this is the oil for the moment just before sleep, especially on an evening when the windows have been shut for hours and the air in the room has gone still.
