What it does

Omega-3 fatty acids sit in the wall of every cell, and your brain especially loves them; it's largely made of fat. Most people get too little of it, simply because oily fish rarely makes the daily menu.

EO Mega+ is a fresh omega-3 from fish oil, rounded out with extra virgin olive oil, essential oils and natural antioxidants that protect the oil from spoiling. Liquid in a handy sachet, so you don't have to swallow a fistful of capsules.

Why fresh matters so much

Omega-3 is delicate and oxidises quickly; an old, rancid omega-3 does more harm than good. The antioxidants and essential oils in EO Mega+ keep the oil fresh, so you get what's meant to be in it.
